Open gym at WSC today. Opening the box, I had no idea what I would witness there that day.
Jocelyn did Isabel at 93# in 1:36. I have never heard of a female Isabel that fast. Nothing even close. Then, Leah did the CrossFit Total. She PRed on all three lifts and knocked Joc out of the number one spot on the record board. Great efforts and mental focus by both ladies. I pleasure to watch. I floated through the rest of the day I was stoked by their performances.
